1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the NorthRise Growth website (NorthRiseGrowth.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

2. Services

NorthRise Growth provides digital marketing and business growth services including, but not limited to: website design and development, lead generation strategy, social media marketing, and business growth consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal provided to the client.

3. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Infringe the rights of any third party.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful material.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of NorthRise Growth and is protected by applicable Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. For client projects: upon receipt of full payment, NorthRise Growth assigns to the client all intellectual property rights in the final deliverables created specifically for that client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging NorthRise Growth for services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the delivery of services.
• Provide timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays.
• Ensure that any materials provided to NorthRise Growth do not infringe third-party rights.
• Make payments on the schedule agreed in the applicable proposal or contract.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms are outlined in the individual proposal or service agreement provided to each client. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit is required before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Disputes regarding invoices must be raised within 14 days of the invoice date.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. NorthRise Growth does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee specific business results from our marketing or lead generation services, as results depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NorthRise Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the fees paid by that client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement upon 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all work completed to the date of termination. NorthRise Growth reserves the right to suspend or terminate website access for any user who violates these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
